Mission Statement

At Biker Elite Skills Training it is our mission to provide the finest motorcycle safety training available.  Each of our instructors are hand picked for their motorcycle knowledge, professionalism, and their ability to instruct students, at all skill levels, in a safe and fun environment that encourages and promotes learning.

Paul Moore, the founder of Biker Elite Skills Training, has fourteen years of experience motorcycle safety training.  Paul Moore has provided motorcycle escorts for leaders such as president Bill Clinton and many others.

A graduate of the Washington State Patrol Motorcycle Officers Academy, Paul was one of the founding members of the Oregon State Police Motorcycle Unit.  Paul has conducted military, police, and corporate training and has taught motorcycle safety since 1994.
